Good morning all.  I have been searching the net to a fix on how to access the ecp but all i get is the error "Server error in '/ecp' application. I installed a new vm with win2012, then ran updates added to domain and static IP.  Did the configuration as specified by MS install.  When trying to access the ecp to create the certificates and move the mailboxes from sbs2011/exchange2010 using the guidelines of MS, this is where i get stumped for two days.  I need to fininsh configurin exchange 2013 so I can move everythng over and then demote sbs2011 so my new DC on win2012 can be the big boss.  Below is a pic of the error message.

Instead of localhost did you tried to use the server name or FQDN?

My Apologies for the delay in response.
I was away on schooling and vacation.

The problem was that I had to create a user to be able to access the ecp?
strange but that worked.

thank you anyways lciprianionut.

because my solution worked. I tried through local machine but it still did not work only when i created a local user it allowed to go in and make the adjustments.
