because my solution worked. I tried through local machine but it still did not work only when i created a local user it allowed to go in and make the adjustments.

Good morning all. &nbsp;I have been searching the net to a fix on how to access the ecp but all i get is the error &quot;Server error in '/ecp' application. I installed a new vm with win2012, then ran updates added to domain and static IP. &nbsp;Did the configuration as specified by MS install. &nbsp;When trying to access the ecp to create the certificates and move the mailboxes from sbs2011/exchange2010 using the guidelines of MS, this is where i get stumped for two days. &nbsp;I need to fininsh configurin exchange 2013 so I can move everythng over and then demote sbs2011 so my new DC on win2012 can be the big boss. &nbsp;Below is a pic of the error message.<br />
