Deploy Win 7 - Master Image

I am trying to find a step by step instruction as how to deploy windows 7. I watched many videos but the informations are many and was not able to find a clear, FAST, Easy working solution as "HOW to : capturing Windows 7 image, using imagx, MDT, sysprep, create XML file/ini file, create bootable USB ..."
what i am looking for a clear instruction with all the necessary tools / command lines...etc to deploy customized windows 7 32/64 bits on any PC which also i can include necessary drivers.

Also, is there a bank of different drivers (Video, NIC,...etc) that contains all the required drivers for HP desktop PCs. The final image need to be deployed on different HP desktop and i need to find a way to include all the drivers.

Your quick prompt really appreciated.
Thanks.

you need Acronis Workstation to do that
It comes with a utility called universal restore which is an add-0n
beauty of the add-on is that it helps you deploying image of one computer to another with entirely different hardware specs. So you need to create one master image and using the utility deploy it to other machines and then load missing drivers manually or define a location from where it would fetch the drivers automatically during deployment process
Sorry, you don't "need" Acronis Workstation to "do that".  MDT is more than capable pulling the drivers it needs during the imaging process.  If were were taking pre-2005, then yes, UIU and Acronis Workstation would be the out-of-the-box solution for "universal images".  I've actually been making "universal" XP images since 2005 using HAL tricks.  As long as you force the Uniprocessor HAL during sysprep and have the correct mass storage drivers, my image would work on pretty much everything we had.  I believe I had one 1 image supporting 15 different models.
Agreed - you DEFINITELY DO NOT NEED Acronis.  Acronis is a tool you pay for that is ENTIRELY UNNECESSARY.  MDT and WDS can most if not all that Acronis can do and they are free/included with Windows server.

@NetRock6

Could you elaborate on what videos and web sites you've visited?  What YOU may find confusing we may find easy and without knowing what you've already tried and read and seen, we could end up just frustrating you further with directions to do what you've already done.

Otherwise, it sounds like you want US to write a tutorial specifically for you without knowing what you understand and what you don't.

I don't know where you're getting hung up, why you're using imagex, or how long you define "fast" - I can setup a WDS server in 30 minutes or less.  And the image capture is done through WDS not imagex.  Setting up a reference image is by far the longest part (along with going through the Windows Automated Installation Kit and defining a an answer file.  This can be fast if you want to ignore everything it can do... or you can do things right and take the time to understand what your options are and what you're company requirements are.  Once you have that, you build the answer file accordingly and modify as needed.  The initial setup of a reference image SHOULD NOT BE FAST in MOST circumstances because it should require some planning and testing... We all want easy, but learning it is important or you'll just get frustrated.

Thanks aleinss for your reply.
Since you are making images for long time, for windows 7, do you have any ready scripts that can be used to improve performance. For example: stop unwanted services, set page file to min=physical memory & max=1.5 x physical memory, remove Action center and other unnecessary features, disable gadgets,....etc. A good "Best Practice" to increase Windows 7 performance.
Thanks
Thanks leew for comments.
I do not wish you to write tutorials, but instead of me inventing the wheel, thought to ask the exports to find the BEST solution. A path that have been examined by you. as you see already they are different opinions to my Q, So all i need an effective working solution. Like you mentioned imageX is not right to use.
take a look at this:
http://www.professormesser.com/microsoft-70-680/capturing-an-image/

I am just looking for a good path so i can have a start with a right foot.

Thank you.
I edited the image build notes I use at work.  I really don't tweak anything.  I don't even think it's really necessary for performance.  Microsoft actually introduced "delayed start services" in Vista, so you don't have a bunch of services thrashing the hard drive at boot up anymore like XP.  There are things I do such as disable the Windows firewall through a custom MDT action, enable remote registry (for Sysinternals tools) and re-enable the local administrator account.
Windows-7-Build-Instructions-for.doc
Thanks aleinss for the great doc. it is in the same path as i am walking in. just to let you know that from No3 .....No23 (before getting to MDT) you can actually script all these steps.
I am working on this right now like setting Power scheme, windows firewall, Action center, Folder view,...and much more. I really want to remove any manual steps as it created lots of issues and unnecessary overhead  for me.
Thank you again for posting the doc.
No problem...these steps are done once...once the base image is done, they aren't really repeated again unless I have to update a program and then I just use FileHippo.com to scan and update all programs.
