When a user creates a meeting and chooses a room resource, if the room is available for booking the user should receive an "accepted" notification by email, if the room is not available he should receive a notification that a delegate must approve his request and the delegate should receive the meeting request and deny it.
for some reason this does not work even though I configured everything as should.
