Moved AD account to new OU - Exchange Mailbox - submitfail

Hi rolling out new SOE sccm

When we move the account to a new OU - they have odd email problem where they cant send email - the trace on the server says submitfail. I have to move mailbox back to exchange 2007 to get the user sending email internally. - What is going on here please?

resolved myself - the problem was CRM 4.0 on the client image. There is a patch here for others to instalkl if same problem. Cant believe microsoft! - CRM prevents email flow ain various modes.

How long you wait after you moved the user to new OU? Do you have any GPO apply to new OU? Are the user unable to send email to internal/external?

Moved new OU shall not affect mail flow?

moved in the process of soe - turned off gpo didnt fix

Disable local windows firewall service, by default it is enabled in vista/windows 2008 and above. Check the network connectivity and latency.
