Have a read:

Try to establish connection issues as per giude:

http://hosting.intermedia.net/support/kb/?id=1183

Otherwise if issue is with Outlook and OWA I am thinking you may need to re-create the user / mailbox.

Hi jerseysam

we have got the real issue. The issue is with Exchange 2003 in which the users are getting disconnected from their mailboxes. We reconnected it manually after removing the exchange attribute. But after did the same yesterday, today the issue came back.

Kindly give a solution, for which the user mailboxes should be connected forever.
