I have a Website with both dynamic and static pages.
I wish to have information coming onto a static page via an RSS feed.
This is to ensure that the page is always kept up to date by the source site.
I have not worked with RSS fees before.
Is this straight forward enough for me to handle without a programer being involved?

Short answer: No, you probably need a programmer.  But it's not complicated or expensive.  Do you have a scripting languatge like PHP available?
