Exchange 2010 cannot apply SP's or Rollup packs. Missing Install files
I was trying to install update SP 3 to my Exchange 2010 server which is still at SP1 Rollup 8. the installation failed with this error.
***Couldn't remove product with code 4934d1ea-be46-48b1-8847-f1
I have logged the install attempt and pasted the results below. I have tried to re-apply the oldest roll-up pack I have and I still get the error. My question is - can this be fixed by finding the msi, msp and folders on another exchange 2010 server and copying them back to my c:\windows\installer folder? Or what would my best course of action be?

I had looked at that post, but I did not do that as the error was different. I'm not getting any fatal errors as in that post, but do have files that can't be found.

No I believe these were deleted in November of last year.

Sadly no recycled items. Based on the log, I believe it identifies the missing files and have the names saved off in excel. And yes it was manual. I have not tried to uninstall yet - Did try to re-install, but not with the command line switches I saw in the link I posted. Currently it is on SP1 ru 3v3, 6 7 7v2 and 8 are installed.
