At first glance the config appears OK.

Can you ping your default gateway from the router? Can you ping beyond the default gateway from the router?

Normally I would expect that if the internet connection wasworking without issues you should be able to ping both the gateway and any internet address from the router that would normally respond to pings. Pinging from the router takes NAT out of the picture and router-generated traffic doesn't follow ACL's the same either.

if you want to make absolutely sure that ACL's and/or FW aren't messing up the ping test, remove those from the outside interface

interface GigabitEthernet0/0
no ip access-group 101 in
no  ip inspect CCP_MEDIUM out
no service-policy input sdmappfwp2p_CCP_MEDIUM
no  service-policy output sdmappfwp2p_CCP_MEDIUM

Don't forget to add that back in afterwards.

If you still can't ping the internet, call your provider and ask them to look at it. Make sure to have them do traceroutes from different spots in the network to ensure that things are routing to you correctly.

Don't think the ISP is at fault here since I have give any of the static IPS to my computer and go out just fine. I will try those and report back

ok that didn't work either.

Then I copied a working configuration from another router, changed IP info and replaced the entire config on the new one I want to setup and it works, so its definitely a configuration issue.

I'd still would like to find out what I am missing from the original I posted..

I just found it...

no ip routing

This was in the original posted config. You would have to type in "ip routing" and things should get going. Sorry I missed that the first time around.
