FireFox Remember Open Windows

Is there a way FireFox can remember which windows I had open so after reboot they will all open again?

You can try setting up multiple home pages.

The Firefox Configuring session restore feature is how I do it. But it might be necessary to know what Firefox version you're running.

I thought this is the default, but you may have lost it when you configured privacy settings to let it not remember all sites that you ever visited. If you disable this, then it also forgets which tabs were open.
