We are archiving MAS 90 to CD/DVD due to it's age. We currently use SAGE 50 (Peachtree) and do not plan to import any data from MAS 90 to SAGE 50. Do I simply copy the MAS 90 directory or is there more?

Assuming this is 3.71 or 4.x yes
If MAS90 is in a subdirectory of SAGE, I would copy the entire Sage directory which should include the install for Crystal Reports.
It is imperative that you remember your Supervisors username and password for future reference.  Then all you need to do is copy that entier folder to any computer having enough space and you can access your data.
We used to use the Payroll when we were on 3.71, but now have it done.  Using 4.4 now but HR from time to time needs to access employee dtata on the 3.71, which has been no problem.

Thanks! Yes it is 4.x. I will copy the entire directory to DVD then I will be able to shutdown this older server.
