My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I use office 2007.  Is there a way to configure outlook so that whenever an email is sent and received it will automatically receive them instead of waiting for a 'Send/Receive" intervention.
OR maybe every 5 minutes to do a 'Send and Receive". Thank u

Go to Outlook, Send/Receive menu item, Send/Receive Groups, Define Send/Receive Groups, and a dialogue Windows opens. Scheduling Send/Receive as you want is an option there. That is where this is set.
