Blackberry Q10 Not Syncing with Outlook Inbox

Hi All,

I have 2 syncing issues with my with my new Blackberry Q10 and Outlook 2007 as an enterprise client.

Whenever I move a message from my inbox to a sub-folder of my mailbox it remains visible in the inbox of the blackberry despite being removed to a subfolder in Outlook.

Contacts are not being updated in Outlook although they're updated on the Blackberry.  Whenever I add an additional number to an existing contact on the blackberry it ns not sync in Outlook.

What are you using to sync? Blackberry Device Service?

In order to sync subfolders, you must go to Email Accounts>Your mail account>Click the little pencil at the bottom>Edit Settings>Edit Folder settings. You can either turn on "Sync All Email Folders" or select each folder you wish to sync. Once this is done, only new items will by sync'd. It does not sync old items.

I opened a case with RIM and it is their solution and it worked.
