Is someone able to please provide assistance with the following issue that our users are frequently experiencing:
Outlook prompts with a ViewMail error upon opening new email items/calendar appointments
Our current solution is to have the user close Outlook and re-open.
Would anyone have any advice on what we can do to resolve the issue?

Operating System: Windows 7 x64 SP1 Enterprise edition
Office: Office 2010 x86 SP1
ViewMail: Cisco Viewmail x86 9.0.2
