Cisco Viewmail error in Outlook

Hi,

Is someone able to please provide assistance with the following issue that our users are frequently experiencing:

Outlook prompts with a ViewMail error upon opening new email items/calendar appointments

Our current solution is to have the user close Outlook and re-open.

Would anyone have any advice on what we can do to resolve the issue?

Details for our setup below:

Operating System:      Windows 7 x64 SP1 Enterprise edition
Office:                  Office 2010 x86 SP1
ViewMail:            Cisco Viewmail x86 9.0.2

Cisco have released version 9.0.2.1 that purports to fix the issue. We've got this in testing at the moment.
