SERVER ERROR on HOSTED Application

We have a web-application that is hosted by an external company.

The application loads perfectly fine for the most part, but we keep getting an error as detailed below:-
Server Error in '/NAME' Application.

Could not load file or assembly 'Elmah' or one pf its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information...

Content missed for brevity - can be supplied if necessary

Stack Trace:
FileNotFoundException: could not load the file or assembly 'Elmah' or one pf its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
System.RuntimeTypeHandle.GetTypeByName(String Name, Boolean throwOnError, Boolean ignoreCase, Boolean reflectionOnly)

And so forth.

We have been told that this is not a problem with the hosted end, but an issue at the User's end, which sounds unlikely.

Can anyone advise whether this is a problem locally or with the Hosted Site?

This is a problem with the hosting, it would appear your application is using ELMAH (Error Logging Modules and Handlers). It would also appear that the assembly for ELMAH has not been deployed correctly in the Web application bin file and added to the Global Assembly Cache.

See the following link for an article on EMLAH and it needs to be deployed.
