IIS Unicast/Multicast and Session state

Hi all, I have done much research and tested a few scenarios but no clear solution.
I have 2 VM's (Hyper-v) running IIS connecting to sql cluster (also vm's). I am trying to find the correct configuration to allow users to access my site and NLB managing the connections so that any user connects seamlessly and browsing arps come from the same IP (MAC) due to security requirements. My Unicast setup doesn't seem to function properly. I have read some docs about using hyper-v switch manager and adding the static MAC to both virtual adapters, etc. I cannot seem to get it to work properly. I didn't want to resort to any workarounds, including creating a session state server, etc. I think I am missing something....any ideas?

Your vms running NLB need to have two nics. The NIC for the cluster address needs to be able to use multiple MAC addresses. There is a check box for it. I use it, and it works okay. Problem is that Windows NLB isn't very intelligent, and will send traffic to machine even if IIS isn't running.

yes, however there are some configuration ambiguities with vms. I saw that I have to create the cluster, then take the MAC address of the cluster and enter it into the virtual switch as a static mac for both nics/vm's. Although, that didn't seem to work so great, the other issue is the filtering mode, etc.  I would need some more specific config steps. Assuming the result I want is that I am natting an external IP to the internal cluster but I need to make sure that only one identity is being pushed back as the external socket is an Entrust server.
