Entering the License Key for Exchange 2010 Server

HI

I have just installed Exchange 2010 on a 2012 server. It is requesting that I enter the product key but cannot see the server icon to enter the product key. WHen I click on manage server nothing happens. Please look at the picture attached.

Don't see any attached picture, however if it is for Exchange 2010, then use EMC to enter the key.

I have added the key but it says - database unavailable - when I click on "Manage Database" no response.

I assume this is working - but I cannot see the database in the MMC.

Just running some updates now - machine will reboot and try again

I am trying to uninstall this but having lots of issues. All I want to do is uninstall
