BB10 No longer connects to Exchange 2010 Activesync server

Hello all,

We are using the new BB10 on the BB q10 and connects to via ActiveSync for Exchange 2010. The phone is configured correctly and initially connected and began to sync the data. Then it stopped less than an hour later, like a stop in time scenario.
When attempting to reconnect the error that the server is not found for that email domain. However, the server is fine, all of our other iOs, and Android devices still work properly.
Any suggestions on why this is happening, inbox size, BB10 bugs, etc. Is deeply appreciated.

Remove and setup again. check if that works.

Thank you for the quick reply, unfortunately, I have tried this a few times now. The result has been the same, it acts like all is well and then stops the data sync. Some items even made it to the phone but did not fully load.

Make sure you do not have multiple DNS entries for your CAS server.  I had a similar situation and found that there were multiple DNS entries for the CAS server but only one IP bound on the ActiveSync site.  To test if this is the issue create an email profile to point to the IP address of the ActiveSync site.  If using the IP address works then is definately a DNS issue.
