This virus has recently appeared on my laptop. <br />

To remove it I tried 'System Restore', but my laptop refuses to restore to any of the dates available.<br />

I tried running Malwarebytes AntiMalware (free edition) and &nbsp;AVG scan, but made no difference. All the sites I've located claiming to remove the virus turn out to be wanting money for downloading tools. Is there any straightforward way to get rid of this?
