peer to peer network printer server
We have two network printers with printer server in window based.
What happen is sometime, when we have a lot print jobs coming into the server.
we are unable to print anything and we have to wait for a while or restart the pc and it will work again. Sound like overload the printer server.
Is any short term solution for me to fix it?

You say they are "network printers". To me that means they have integrated printservers (integrated NIC). So why are you using windows in workgroup mode as an additional printserver in between? Using a Windows server as print server only makes sense if you are using Active Directory, or if your printers can't be directly connected to the LAN.
Just connect the printers directly to the lan and print directly to them using your PC's, you'll have less problems that way. If you expect larger print jobs or many users printing simultaneously, make sure you have added the maximum RAM to the printer, provided RAM can be added to it.
If the printers really aren't network printers and can't be attached to the LAN directly, make sure your Windows Print server has enough RAM and also free disk-space on the OS partition, and also make sure windows is fully patched and updated. On the PC's you are printing from make sure you have the most current printer driver installed, and also make sure your OS is fully patched and updated.
