Query BitLocker status and record status
I need to identify the BitLocker status for the D drive on our machines to determine those that have Automatic unlock enabled and those that are disabled.
The command to determine the status is (see screenshot attached)
manage-bde -status d:
and the returning value is either
Automatic unlock: Enabled
or
Automatic unlock: Disabled
I want to create a share that the machines will record their status to by placing a file with their Netbios name in them.
eg. \\server\share\Enabled
or
\\server\share\disabled
I run this as a startup script and then be able to find out which have the undesired configuration.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
