I have Exchange 2010 with Unified Messaging. &nbsp;We can not create rules to forward phones to another number. &nbsp;When we create the rule in OWA 2010 we get &quot;The phone number you entered doesn't comply with the dialing restrictions configured by your voice mail administrator&quot;.<br />
