I have an administrative assistant who has a new issue. Her archived Calendar is missing entries from 3 months prior.
This happens on a secondary laptop and through OWA.
Our exchange environment below:
Exchange 2010 SP3
2 CAS/HUB servers one for each datacenter
2 MBX/UM servers for each datacenter
All servers are Hyper-V machines
Outlook version is 2010 latest updates
We have reproduced the issue via OWA, outlook safe mode, etc. No pst found on user's laptop.
Any chance to recover these missing entries and how could this happen? Anything else to check?
Perhaps the user change the view of calendar items in Outlook?
