My company currently is an IT provider for numerous health care facilities and other small businesses. I think we tend to secure our clients well from a hardware and software aspect overall.
I have been asked a few times if we can do HIPAA Compliance / Security Audits. I could probably formulate some type of security audit myself, but I am looking at some formal training, software, and documentation that would allow me to provide HIPPA Compliance audits.
At this point I am just getting my feet wet but I think it is a good direction to pursue. I have seen some training material online for $199 and boot-camps for $599 but I am looking for something more focused for the IT provider to go in and do an analysis and create a summary report.
Any and all suggestions would be great.
