OneNote shortcuts can't be deleted

Hi experts,

I use OneNote on a Windows 8 Surface Pro device and Office 2013 linked to my Office 365 subscription.  For some reason I now get an incredibly annoying error every two seconds stating the "OneNote shortcuts can't be deleted."  I attached a screen shot of the entire message.

I know I linked OneNote to my Skydrive account but I have no idea how to deletes these shortcuts.  The shortcuts show up on my Skydrive desktop sync app but when I delete them, they come right back.  When I log onto the Skydrive web app, the shortcuts don't appear there.

Any help is appreciated.  This popup may drive me to drink.

The short cuts don't appear in the web location. That's the crux of the issue.

I found the solution in the post below.  There were two notebooks in OneNote and one was not synchronizing to the correct location.  I right-clicked on the notebook and choose properties then changed the location to My SkyDrive > Documents.

Thanks for your help.
