Hardware replacement Windows 2008

Planning to swap computer hardware.

I am currently running a Dell PowerEdge 1950 24 GB Windows 2008 R2 Standard
With SQL 2008 and WSUS.

I want to replace the 1950 with a Dell PowerEdge R210.

If I take the hard drives out of the 1950 and place them in the R210 and boot will I have any issues?

I am hoping that I do not need to reinstall.

What should I be looking for or concerned about

Memory is the same DDR3 ECC on both

Processor might be different but both same speed 3.2Ghz

ASKER

Forgot to mention  I have no Raid on this server.

Looks like just a full backup and then swap the drives in.

Thanks for all the input.

Update:

I got a PowerEdge R300
All I had to do was
1. Take Dell Perc Adaptor from DellPowerEdge 1950 place in Dell PowerEdge R300
2. Removed Drives from 1950 placed in R300
3. Power up R300
Windows 2008 Server up and running.
Had to reactivate Windows 2008 Server since it found new hardware.
Had hidden network adapters in device manager which I deleted.

Just a few minor adjustments like screen size

Other than that a clean swap.

Everything should be as easy.

Thanks again guys for all your suggestions and help.
