Firewall Transfer Advice - Cisco 2911 to Sonicwall NSA 2400
Hi guys ....
i am not Cisco trained and am tired of not being able to administer our Cisco 2911 Firewall. With this in mind i am changing to a Sonicwall NSA 2400, which has a much more user friendly interface if you aren't Cisco CLI trained.
This is for a small office with less than 60 users, with 1 router and 1 firewall.
We have a few VPNs set up, and some fairly basic rules.
I'm after some advice and\or best practices for a smooth changeover. Is there a way of importing the Cisco running config, or am i best building the NSA 2400 from the ground up? Are there any pitfalls i need to look out for?
Please don't advise me against the NSA 2400, the purchase has already been made, hehe.
Thanks

I am also a sonicwall guy. I know there are Cisco commands to list out the configuration of everything and there are Cisco guys here that can explain them. Once that happens il be happy to help you implement them in sonicwall land. Until then...I'm not much help.
