Outlook cannot open link: Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.
I have one user on Windows 7 in a SBS 2008 domain who cannot open any links within email in Outlook 2010. See attached image. Other users have no problem with the exact same links.
I've seen responses to this message on the web, but they seem to deal with not being able to open/run local files, not Outlook related.
Any ideas?

Is it possible that there is some kind of browser hijack malware on that machine that is causing issue with Outlook's ability to access the web?
Have you tried a repair on Outlook?

This is a relatively new Windows 7 installation and there is anti-virus software running. Scans have not shown any malware or virus.

Yes, the first 2 examples are expired, but the 3rd link still exists. The user can copy/paste that into IE and it works fine, just not clicking on the link in an email message.
