I have a .Net Windows Service I've built that calls HttpWebRequests and responses

There are 10-14 threads that are opened when the service runs

The service runs fine on my Windows7 Development PC

It gets about 95% of the way the startup of the service on the Win2008R2 server and then exits with a System.Null exceprion

When I look at the actual error log it looks like it fails every time when starting the 9th thread.

Is there some kind of limit on the server?
