(2) Uninstall IE10 (Control Panel, Programs and Features, View Installed Updates (Left Panel), Look for IE10 under Windows Updates (Right Panel)). &nbsp;Uninstall.<br />

(3) Run CCleaner (optional). &nbsp;Restart.<br />

(4) Reinstall IE10.

This comes for all files, including txt and pdf. The same file downloads work on Chrome. Is there some setting in IE which is blocking all downloads?
