CorelDraw X6 error

When my client tries to use the capture feature connecting to "What the Font", he gets this error....

Coreldraw error: your computer may not be connected to the internet or you may have a firewall installed that is blocking access to the internet.

And yes, Internet connectivity is still up and running. Windows Firewall and Antivirus were temporarily turned off but still same issue. Thinking either Corel or Windows Updates are at fault...
Have you tried adding an exception to the Firewall and Anti-virus for CorelDraw?

I know that if the Firewall and Antivirus are disabled that my idea shouldn't be necessary, but i've seen strange glitchy things from computers many times.

I have tried those as well to no avail.
This thread brings up an idea,

Have you tried disabling the firewall in the router or maybe rebooting the router to see if it could be getting blocked there?    You could also plug directly into the modem and check the connectivity to rule out the router.

Turns out the issue was with the website, it wasn't allowing the add-in for CorelDraw to work. The website guru's fixed the issue within a couple days.
