SBS-like Remote Web Access on Non-SBS Editions

Is it possible in Windows 2012 to easily re-create the computer listings in the Remote Desktop Web Access /remote page?

The only way I can think to do it is setup Remote Web Access and create remote apps for each computer. Is there a better way?

So as far as you're both aware, there is no way to do currently do this standard or Data Center 2012 installations, only essentials? I've confirmed my initial thought will work, while not ideal. I have an RD Gateway and RDWeb pointing to that gateway with published apps of mstsc with /v:<computer>.

My thought is that if this is the best method with Standard or Data Center, I could use this method with a powershell script to create the 60+ remote apps.

I appreciate the info on 2012 R2, too bad it isn't out already but that could prove useful later on. This is currently a specific request I've been given and important parts to the requester are "Log into a web page and see a list local desktops like SBS." It is very important to them users not need to remember computer names... the alternative is to convince them to use an RD Gateway and send out pre-configured .rdp files but I doubt they'll go for that due to the RDWeb being more convenient from random machines.

No.

Why not have an RDS server with all apps installed an provide one preconfigured RDP client?
I appreciate the feedback and info. The direction I'm going is publishing RemoteApps and using a Remote Desktop Gateway. Since the person requesting is very specific on how they want it as SBS-like as I can make it, I'm using a PowerShell script, used from Scheduled Tasks, to automate the creation/removal of the RemoteApps.

There will be a Session Host but they want to try it out before using it for the entire company. In the interim they want to get rid of their SBS but still maintain the ability to get to their local desktops without changing much that could confuse their users.
Do you need to replace the SBS?   If not you can add as many member servers, even DC's, as you like to the SBS domain and that way you could retain your Remote Web Access.

If your SBS license is not an OEM license you could also virtualize the existing SBS on a new box.
I'll check on that first question. More or less I was given a criteria (and I don't have direct access to the people requesting) and asked what would it take to do this. I'm *assuming* they have an existing SBS but it's quite possible they're just familiar with the functionality (I have no access to the existing environment).
