this is because pressing mouse scroll + ctrl at the same time so in this case, my fonts is getting big and small at the same time

I am using outlook 2007 on windows 8..I am opening an email in my outlook and I am replying the the same mail and fonts at the same time is increasing..when an mail reaches me with 10 font,if I am repying this mail,font size is increasing from 10 to 20 or 25..all old correspondences(in previous mail) seems from 10 to 20 or 25..I have removed my profile and created new profile &nbsp;and Outlook.exe /cleanviews but nothing changed..how can we solve this problem?
