I work for a health provider and I had my computer setup for remote connection , but now I try to connect and Im allowed to connect to the VPN intial login but when a try to connect remote to the laptop I box emerges telling me that the server doesn't recognize or computer is shutdown. I tried using the computers name and the ip address with out lock. Any troubleshooting recomended.<br />
