Change the outbound email address format Exchange 2013
I have to send email from a certain address to an automated system in a very specific way.
The automated system (of which I have no control or say over at all) has to receive email from the email address accounts@contoso.com. The problem I have is that our new Exchange 2013 installation is sending as the below:
"accounts@contoso.com" <accounts@contoso.com>
But I require it to send as just:
accounts@contoso.com
This was setup and working in Exchange 2003 and I thought I had setup the user in the correct way for Exchange 2013.

Thanks Simon, after some further research throughout today I have reached the same conclusion. The display name was left blank in Exchange 2003 and this worked however it has not with Exchange 2013. Fortunately the admin team of the automated service that required this have been able to make a change to accommodate us.
