I will need to prepare a list of Do's and Dont's for end-users when using XenDeskop.<br />

Please advise where and how can I start. The idea is to avoid calls to Service Desk with issues that they were not supposed to do in XenDesktop session and rather refer this document.<br />

for example we have decided to block user's local C:\drive access.<br />
