Switch between runtime and full access
dear experts
I'd like to have a switch between runtime and full access application.
I know I can change manually an extension of my application to accdr, but Ive seen somewhere long time ago an app with password protected invisible button which enable switching from runtime to full application.
Can somebody advise me how to do that please?
cheers

What you may have seen in the past is an app that hides/un-hides the database container, toolbars, etc so it appears it is switching between runtime and full mode, but it's really not.

Cheers. I'll look into it tomorrow
Office 2013. Everything that could be messed up ;)
So I'd like it like runtime, so no access to any objects and settings. Just forms would be visible

That's a problem. While you certainly can hide the nav pane, turn off special keys, etc, it's darn difficult to get rid of the ribbon.

I don't see how that's possible; the OS is not going to allow you to rename a file that is open.
Maybe from a "utlity" DB on another DB, but not from within the DB you currently have open.
