exchange2010 coexistence 2003, ssl certificate and mx records
We are installing new 2010 in coexistence with 2003, we will move all mailboxes to the new server.
My questions are;
do i have to keep MX records for 2003 when creating the new ones for the exchange 2010?
For the ssl, i already have one standar ucc ssl 5 that includes my www, I have planned only to do the certificate for the 2010 for autodiscover.domain.com, webmail2.domain.com, should i include another name in the certificate for the 2003 if we are not going to have mailboxes there?, what about the internal webmail? do i neeed a name in the certificate?
thanks in advance.

Same site, then you can keep MX record as the Exchange servers will communicate via an internal routing group during the migration. If you are retiring the old server, then no need for inclusion in cert.
Keep this in mind though for future reference with regards to internal names for SSL certs:

if the name used for OWA (so webmail.example.com) is moved to the Exchange 2010 server, can i use then webmail. domain.com for the setting "the outlook web app is on the internet " instead of webmail2.domain.com? and use it for the ssl .
Google proxy and redirection article for 2010, read it and you will understand it.
You can indeed use that name for everything.
The Exchange 2003 server will need a new name.
