Demoting 2003 DC after Migration; but whats Local Administrator Password

I just migrated from a 2003 SBS server to the 2008 R2 server.  I moved all data and roles including the 5 FSMO roles.  Before I demoted the shutdown the 2003 server, I wanted to make sure I knew the Local Administrator password.  

I tried to login locally, but I was unable to change the 3rd line in the "Log On To Windows" dialog to the computer name.   From Computer Management , there is no "Local Users and Groups" to edit the Local Administrator password.

I would hate to demote it and not be able to login if I needed to.
