Domain Machine - No Internet Access - LAN Okay though

Hi everyone,

A few machines on the network are having some strange issues. When plugged in via cat5, I am getting a gigabit connection to the DHCP server (server 08) via our HP Procurves. No configuration changes have been made to the switching or general networking including the SonicWall router. What did recently change is the DNS configuration - we pretty much rebuilt the AD integrated DNS. Anyway, back to the issue. I can access other servers and machines within the LAN. I am on DHCP and getting a property address. Cannot ping the router. Cannot ping outside. What have I tried so far:

Netsh interface ip reset
Netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns /registerdns

connecting via wireless directly to the SonicPoints does get me both lan and wan access though.

I just tried with a static IP (different from the 192.168.0.85) that DHCP handed me and it worked! I went back to DHCP and it gave me another different IP and that also worked. I went into the DHCP server and 192.168.0.85 isn't reserved. SO i guess that's good now that it's working, but what's wrong with that address??
nvm i figured that out too. The SonicWall SSL VPN is assigned the same range of IPs as the LAN. An external user was connected via .85 and i guess it's conflicting...
Fix that conflict so it doesn't happen again!
