Account is getting locked & getting failed authentication event in the logs repeatedly
On the server the mentioned "username" account is local admin as well as an exchange user.
Exchange account is configured on iphone accessible using 3G network & on outlook on the internal ip 192.168.0.16
In the event if you notice the authentication failure is coming thru ip 192.168.2.1
this is router IP interface on another VLAN....request from 2.x is not expected.
routing on VLAN is disabled. All the VLAN are configured as isolated.

I removed one entry from credential manager that was having obsolete password.
Secondly I change authentication type to NTLM negotiation in exchange email settings that connect through https (over the web protocol)
I am not getting account lockout notifications now.
