SCCM2012 Remote controle

I need help on setting remote control to end users computers through SCCM2012.
I would like to give permissions to a group of users to be able to remote to end users computers, the end users will provide the MAC address of their PC and the allowed users will use the SCCM console to do the remote .
How can I set up that?

Thanks,
in our environment Helpdesk users use SCCM console to remote to end user computers. each device in the company has MAC address as a Label. do they ask for the last digits of the MAC address, the help desk will enter the last digits between the percent signs , example: %a2b5% and they connect to the remote computer.
I am not sure how the SCCM administrator has set up this for Help Desk

Those are reports. They work using the database which is historical.

You can even take the computer off the network and the report will still work.

How hard is to ask the helpdesk about the process they use? Sorry I give up.
