Document remote connections to office server
Hey Experts. I have a Windows 2008 server that has SpiceWorks installed so the field technicians can access our ticket management system. However, because this server sits in my home office, I would really like to make sure that I set this up right. I am working on making secure connections but would like to monitor/record what IP's are hitting the resource (SpiceWorks) on my server. Is there a decent yet free program that would do this?
I do not have a hardwire firewall in place besides the basic Linksys/Cisco router that does the port forwarding to the server. I use dynamic dns so the field techs can hit the server until I get the sticky IP in place.
Thanks in advance.
