MS outlook calendar causes Exchange Not Available
I have a User on Office 2007, Exchange 2003 who, when she tries to open the Calendar gets a message each time saying that "Microsoft Exchange is not available". However, the connection works fine because e-mails synchronise perfectly.
If the User has cached mode enabled the e-mails work OK, but the Calendar claims it can't connect to Exchange and was last updated on 29th May 2013 and won't update.
It's only Calendar that the User has a problem with. No other Users on that Exchange Server are reporting similar issues.
I have replaced the Outlook Profile but the same issue persists.
Any ideas?

Try to reconfigure here profile on the same machine or in other machine, while some times its happen unusually but a reconfiguring one's Outlook profile may solve this issue.

Another profile on the PC doesn't help. However, using another machine we do not get this error. Unfortunately, we don't have a spare machine for the User to borrow at the moment. Do we need to rebuild the machine?
