Sage 50 New installation wont browse to network folder where existing company data is stored

Hi Guys

This is a new on on me as I thought it would be pretty easy but im finding it realy difficult

Installed Sage 50 and selected the use exisiting company data option on the setup screen, clicked Browse to find folder and although our network folder called Shares (server01) is showing in my Computer menu and accessible from the normal Computer screen, It wont show in the list in the Browse window in Sage for me to locate the existing file.

I have attached two pics of the Sage 50 screen and my Computer screen showing where the Company data folder is located (Company.000)

I would have thought if Id have typed in the Location field \\server01\shares\Sage 50\Company.000 it would have found it but this isnt working either.

If someone can help, I would be very grateful

Thank you so much for the help

I mapped the drive and it found it straight away but Im still getting the "This folder does not contain a valid Sage installation" or something in that vain yet its the only one on the server and all the other installations are mapped to this folder that contains Company.000 ??

Any ideas ?
