I am having issues with Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 with getting resource scheduling to auto accept when the mailbox is closed. at the moment I have to have the mailbox open I have configured the resource scheduling as the attachment below.<br />

Any ideas why the meeting room mailboxes are auto accepting<br />
