No you cannot cut paste, you need to create new db on server 2 and move the mailboxes, then dismount and delete the db on server 1. You are done.
You can use Mailbox Wizard to move mailboxes from one server to another then remove the database (http://www.msexchange.org/articles-tutorials/exchange-server-2003/management-administration/Exchange_2003_Move_Mailbox_Wizard.html).

Also you can move the database: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555603

ASKER

we cannot move each mailbox , because DB size is 500 GB
Our  plan is we need to move(cut&copy edb , stm )  the one Databse from server1 to server2 ,
then uses need to contact the server 2
That's not possible and not work. Mailbox move is safe and fastest way.
any Microsoft suggested tools to move the mailbox fast?

Our  plan is we need to move(cut&copy edb , stm )  the one Databse from server1 to server2 , then uses need to contact the server 2  -----Plan is offline

Can we use here a dailtone database concept?

Sorry. Amitkulshrestha, you are right. The only option here is to move mailboxes from one server to another.
can you please follow the below steps

Step 1: dismount the database
Step 2: Eseutil \mh "database path"

If result will be consistence state, you can go next step

Step 3: ESEUTIL /Y \\server1\d$\priv1.edb /D\\server2\d$\priv1.edb
Step 4: ESEUTIL /Y \\server1\d$\priv1.stm /D\\server2\d$\priv1.stm

after completed the copying process, you can create new DB store in server2 and change the location to old EDB and stm file

then you can mount it again in new server (server2)
