Mask Change from 255.255.254.0 to 255.255.248.0

I have a network at a school that ranges from 192.168.100.0 thru 101.168.101.256 and mask 255.255.254.0.  How can I go about changing to mask 255.255.248.0, and what the ip address ranges should be.  The reason we need to add more computers to the network and are getting close to the 512 mark.

Thanks for your help.

Or you can use on online option http://www.subnet-calculator.com
Using that mask you will get 2048 IP adresses in range 191.168.96.1 - 191.168.103.254.
But you will probably have performance problems because of broadcasts. On my opinion it is better if you use a series of C class networks (265 IP adresses) that one big network.

Or you can keep your broadcast domain more manageable and keep the network more quiet and put a router in place and just use multiple subnets.
