You can install SP3 without installing any RU for SP2. After you install SP3 then you can proceed to install the latest RU for SP3.

Thanks for very speeedy response.
Please can you provide me any step by step guide.
I have single server installed with MB,CAS and HUB Transport roles.

Yes you have to restart the server after applying the SP3.

Here are the steps: http://exchangeserverpro.com/installing-exchange-server-2010-service-pack-3/
OWA customisations will be lost - that is always the case when any updates are applied, even rollups can mean they are lost. You will need to take a backup of the changes, then review the code once the service pack has been installed. Don't just put the old pages back in as that can break other functionality.

Hi,
Thanks for the great tutorial.
I have upgraded my exchange to sp3 successfull. I lost my cuztomized owa settings but I returned them.
But having only 1 issue.
with sp2, I created additional owa virtual directory for multiple owa url. But now I cannot find in exchange console. In IIS it's there.
Any help on this ? What should I do now ? Recreate virtual directory ? Is it normal to loose additional virutal directory.
Please advise
thanks

Actually under is Server Configuration > Client Access there is an owa default website. For multiple owa url and differetn company purposes I created earlier an additional owa website. But after upgrading to SP3 I lost that website, but under IIS it is still exist.
Is this obvious to loose additional owa website ?

The web site in IIS has nothing to do with Exchange.
Therefore you will have to use new-owavirtualdirectory to put it back in to the additional web sites. Losing customisations is normal when doing a service pack upgrade, and this is mentioned in the release notes.

Thanks
You still need to recreate the virtual directories through Exchange to get the links back in place.
