We are replacing an in house 3com phone system and ran into a huge issue today. Our internal server is no longer going to hand out dhcp info to the phones. It will continue to hand out to our computers. The dhcp server is configured as dhcp server 0 with an ip address of and configured on all vlans. The original ip ranges for the phones were vlan 110 172.16.205.x and vlan 111 172.16.206.x range. The ip phone system is now offsite and the company has a small dhcp server internally that is going to now hand out ip addresses in the 192.168.100.x and 192.168.200.x ranges for vlan 110 and 111 phone vlans. Currently Vlan 110 vlan ip interface is set as and 111 is set as on the switch. The port their dhcp server is plugged into is set as a trunk port and allowing all vlans to pass. But no devices on the 110 or 111 vlans will get an address from their dhcp server. Looking for big time help on this please!
