I currently have a windows 2000 network with Exchange 2000. &nbsp;I just ordered a new server with Microsoft SBS 2011. I only have 15 users on my network and what I can tell it would be easier to export the mailboxes to pst and start from scratch. &nbsp;My main question is can I setup the new server while the old is up and once I am ready to switch to the new server export the mailboxes to pst and then shutdown the old server? &nbsp;I want as little down time as possible.
